David was raised in Santa Fe, NM and now calls Parker, CO with his wife, Sharon, of nearly 40 years.  David has three children and 5 grandchildren and made the transition into home inspections after his career with Lowe’s.  David enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, fly fishing and camping. David leads Axium’s amazing team of inspectors.

Michael grew up in a military family and was raised all over the world.  He’s landed in Thornton, CO with his wife Marcy and their two Boston Terriers.  Michael enjoys construction and welding and has spent 20 years in the construction industry before landing in home inspections.  One of the most interesting things Michael has come across during his home inspection career was finding a bear in a hot tub in Vail!

Victor joined Axium in 2020 after many years of having his own home inspection company.  He was born and raised in Louisville, KY and currently lives in Centennial with his wife and daughter and is a Colorado Cave Rescue Team member.  Victor enjoys obstacle course racing, caving and climbing in his spare time.

Jon Handy, a Certified Master Inspector, was born and raised in Washington DC, and now calls Denver, Colorado his home. With over seven years in the field, Jon has a wealth of experience, having conducted inspections in various locations including the DC area, Hawaii, and Colorado. He finds great joy in his job, loves the opportunity to encounter something new every day and meet a variety of people. Jon is particularly passionate about assisting individuals as they make one of the most significant investments of their lives – their homes. Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife Erica and their two dogs, Baxter and Veda. He is an avid hiker and golfer, and remains a loyal fan of DC sports teams, cheering them on from his new home in Denver.

Beau is our Drone Expert. He has his FAA Part 107 License as well as an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector. 

Scott was born in Crosby, MN but has been in CO since he was a toddler.  He currently resides in Franktown with his wife, Kelly.  Scott enjoys all things performing arts and stays involved as a prop designer and builder and works to help struggling school programs.

Previously on the ListingPro operations side, Bradin Ball is now one of the inspectors on Axium’s amazing team of certified Denver rental inspectors. Raised in Fruita, Colorado, Bradin now calls Lone Tree home where he enjoys golfing, fishing, working on cars, and spending time with his girlfriend and dog, Sully.

Roger Ryder is another member of Axium’s great team of Certified Denver Rental Inspectors. Roger is originally from Corinth, NY but now calls Monument, CO home where he loves to work on cars. Roger has a background in Civil Engineering with the US Dept of Transportation and has management and leadership experience in the field of engineering. Roger’s favorite thing about being an inspector is learning and doing new things and sharing his learned knowledge with our clients.

Wade has been a Certified Master Inspector for over 13 years and founded Axium Academy.  Wade was raised in West Plains, MO and now calls Broomfield, CO home with his wife and daughter.  Wade enjoys figuring out the latest technologies, traveling, breweries, wineries and watching the Kansas City Chiefs.

Neil heads Axium’s Sales, Marketing, Operations and Client Care teams. He was born and raised in Ohio before relocating to Colorado.  He is an avid outdoorsman, certified home inspector, and Axium Academy graduate.  Neil spent 10 years in the telecommunications industry in the midwest and on the east coast prior to making the move to Colorado.  He is the father of a little boy named Ace and a die hard Buckeyes fan.

Rick is a Denver native who has been with Axium for over a year.  Rick is in charge of closing sales and providing our customers the best customer service possible.  He loves meeting new clients and assisting in a crucial part of their home investment.  Outside of Axium, Rick works just as hard on his fitness and enjoys bitcoin trading.

Brad was born in Illinois and raised in Ft. Worth, Texas but now calls Colorado home. Brad has an extensive background in the home inspection industry with past experience at HouseCheck and US Inspect. Brad enjoys hiking, biking, and skiing and spending time with his wife, daughter, and son. Brad’s favorite thing about the home inspection industry is the ability to mentor newcomers and spread his knowledge to the new generation of inspectors.

Lauren is one of Axium Inspections’ Marketing Managers and leads the Premier Partner Program, connecting clients and home improvement vendors. Lauren currently lives in Joplin, MO and comes from a background of Ecommerce business but is working on finding a place to live in Denver. In her free time, Lauren loves interior design, antiquing, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

RaeAnne has quickly become an integral part of the Operations Team at Axium onboarding and creating and perfecting procedures.  She enjoys being a Mom to her son and daughter, dancing, reading, hiking and camping.  Born and raised in Colorado, she has a very diverse history from being a small business owner to teaching to child care.  

Rob was raised in Colorado, in the Air Force Academy.  He currently resides in Arvada and he enjoys Harley-Davidsons, watching the Broncos and International Soccer and spending time doing volunteer work.  Rob is Axium’s jack of all trades and can be found doing everything from sales calls to managing our vehicle fleet to taking care of maintenance issues.

Nicole is a Colorado native living in Aurora, where she enjoys cooking and spending family time with her husband and daughter. In her role, Nicole loves working with Axium’s Home Inspectors, Dispatch and Techs, but her favorite part is making our customers happy.

Mitch is Service Coordinator working virtually from her home in the Philippines that she shares with her two children. Mitch’s favorite part of the home inspection business is being able to give peace of mind regarding the safety and durability of the home they are buying. Outside of work, Mitch enjoys dancing, trekking and boxing.

Vlad began with Axium in March of 2017 and since, has worked hard to build ListingPro from the ground up. He is originally from Bulgaria but has been in the US since 2006 and now calls Parker his home with his wife, daughter and their dog, Lulu. Vlad enjoys cars and all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer!

Tara was born and raised in Chicago where she later moved to Atlanta and now finally calls Parker home with her boyfriend and cat, babygirl. Tara has 16 years of experience in leadership and operational management roles and is excited about applying her skills at ListingPro. In her free time, Tara enjoys yoga and tending to her many, many plants!

Danielle was born and raised in Colorado and lived in the same home for 18 years, until her parents sold the house using ListingPro’s services. Danielle now calls Littleton home with her fiancé, Roger. Danielle likes to enjoy the outdoors, paddle board, hike, and read. Danielle chose this career path because of her interest in design and her passion for creativity.

Roger was born and raised in Glenwood Springs before moving to Littleton for the job opportunity with ListingPro.  As part of the installation team, Roger enjoys seeing the variety of home and the scenery he encounters during his routes.

Stu was born and raised in Colorado and enjoys photography, concerts, sports and bicycling.  Stu is on the installation team and enjoys traveling to the different cities and towns all over the front range. 

Kyle was born and raised in Aurora where he currently resides.  He has one son and one daughter and enjoys spending time with his family, reading, biking and cooking.  Kyle loves the culture and flexibility of working with ListingPro by Axium.
