Ruben performed a very thorough and detailed inspections of an entire house we were under contract on, including a sewer scope and radon test. He explained everything very well and pointed out all the parts of the house that needed or likely would need repair in the future. The experience was easy, affordable, and made us feel much more confident about purchasing the house.
Jim Hardin did my inspection this morning, and it was a great experience. He arrived early and got the report to me in a timely manner. He was also very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. He conveyed information as he went along and pointed out everything that was going to be put into the report.
