The Axium inspector (John Chapman) was extremely professional, prompt, friendly and did a top-notch, detailed inspection of our home. He is clearly very experienced with all aspects of home inspections, and answered all of our questions. He gave a detailed explanation of the issues found in our home, and completed the inspection in the time estimated. We were very pleased with the work he did.
As a Real Estate Agent I had the pleasure to work with many inspectors in the past. By far, Home Inspector Ron Long was incredible. Wow Axium was amazing, they went out of their way to even inspect the appliances which isn’t normally included in a general home inspection. Pictures were taken and explained in depth. They were quick but thorough, price point was better compared to 2 other places I received quotes from by about $100. I am impressed and i would recommend them to anyone. The only thing I wish is I wish they had honored the promotional offer that was sent to me but it was only what they were doing for the month of February.
