Super thorough, explained everything to us on site during the inspection and took a call from us after we got the report to further explain some things we had questions about. The Axium inspector couldn’t have been better. Very professional and knowledgeable- obviously a very experienced inspector. Plus he was smart, funny and a very likable person. If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely a perfect service experience.
Jim Hardin was great! He thoroughly inspected the property and explained everything he was looking at and whether it was a major cause for concern or not. He has lots of years of experience in all things homes. He provided information on easy fixes and was also all around a great guy to chat with during the inspection!
