The Axium inspector (John Chapman) was extremely professional, prompt, friendly and did a top-notch, detailed inspection of our home. He is clearly very experienced with all aspects of home inspections, and answered all of our questions. He gave a detailed explanation of the issues found in our home, and completed the inspection in the time estimated. We were very pleased with the work he did.
As a first time home buyer, it’s really hard to trust anyone in the process as most will try to sell a product or not have integrity, but Kyle was awesome.

Brandon came out to inspect my house for another buyer. He was super courteous and was gracious enough to change the order of his inspection to accommodate my kids nap times. He was extremely respectful of my home by bringing a second pair of plastic covered shoes and set all of our equipment back up the way we had it before he got there. He was also respectful of my family’s time by doing what he needed to do for his report but not wasting time and staying longer than he needed to. It wasn’t my inspection so I obviously don’t know what’s going on the report, but I appreciate Brandon’s professionalism and respect for my house. I’ll definitely be considering Axium if I need my own inspection done in the future.
