We used Axium for inspection of a mountain property. Jim Hardin was our inspector and we were very happy with his services. He is a master certified inspector with a lot of experience (including mountain properties). He was very knowledgeable and personable. At the conclusion of his inspection he took us through the entire house and thoroughly explained and pointed out all issues he identified. Our inspection appointment was completed in the afternoon and we had the final inspection report the same evening.
These guys were great! David was knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them again in the future – without a doubt.

The inspection with Tim was great! He was on time, friendly & answered all of our questions. At the end of the inspection Tim reviewed everything he found and was very accommodating. Tim even took the time to explain the benefits of getting a radon test which we were not planning on but now realize how important those two test can be. Overall great experience with Tim!!
Everything was really easy and the process was smooth! It was really great working with Axium and our inspector, Kyle. I felt like he was really thorough and did an amazing job letting us know what was going on. The report was really detailed and helpful. Definitely recommend!
