Top notch customer service from start to finish. The receptionist was very helpful getting my inspection scheduled ASAP amidst a crazy selling season with many other appointments. The inspector was very thorough in his inspection and with his explanation to us over the phone after the inspection was completed. He did not focus on the ticky tack things that are unimportant, and instead gave us a good unbiased view of how the inspection items can become a problem if not taken care of properly! We had a great experience with Axium inspections. Our inspector, Brian M, was very knowledgeable and explained his report to us in detail at the end of a thorough, 3.5 hour inspection. He took the time to explain things we didn’t understand, and even had the inspection report ready the same day. They were also able to come out on a Saturday. We were very impressed, and would use Axium again in a heartbeat.
