We got a general inspection for a home we are under contract on and added on a radon test and sewer scope. Brian was on time (even a bit early, woohoo) and he took pictures of all the things he noticed and talked us through the issues (why it happens, why it’s problematic, what needs to be done, etc.). He was professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. I also liked that he recommended that we see specialists on a few things he noticed. It was great that he said, I’m not the expert but I recommend you talk to one. I’ve heard horror stories of inspectors that recommend fixes (or not) that are outside of their scope or expertise and then the homeowner gets screwed. Brian did not do that! Highly recommend.
Jim Hardin came to our home today to do an inspection and he was outstanding! He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. He had a great personality and helped make our not so great situation feel a little better. We already received our very in depth report and are pleased with the quick turn around. Highly recommend this company!!
Really good company and very easy to work with. Jim Hardin the inspector for our property was very helpful, answered all our questions, and you can tell from talking to him that he is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely work with Axium and Jim again in the future, and I’ll be sure to recommend them to friends and family.
They did radon testing at my home over a 48-hour period. They communicated with me a lot before and after the test. They were on time and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for radon testing. We have not decided if we will put in a mitigation system yet.
Tim was great. He took the time after the inspection to walk us through photos of everything he came across and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. He also took the time to bring us back to places in the house where we had questions so that he could show us exactly what the issue was. I would highly recommend Axium Inspections. They were also able to come out very quickly.
