Brandon was both knowledgeable and thorough. Beyond giving us a good understanding of the condition of our new home, he offered sound advice on the regular maintenance required to keep the home in good order. We will most certainly use his report as a template for home maintenance going forward.
Lee Gonzales was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely thorough and informative which is appreciated when purchasing a new property. Lee was easy going and highly experienced, so I’d defenitley recommend him. The only thing I noticed was that the price seemed fairly high, however I figured all inspection rates at this time are inflated.

Had issues with getting gas turned on to house from Xcel and builder. David Montano from Axium came back twice after the initial inspection to make sure we got everything looked at – and on short notice! Inspection was extremely well detailed and useful for communication with seller!
We needed an inspection in a hurry. They were quick to schedule us and worked around our works schedules so we could get to the house in time for the inspector to review details with us. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. We would definitely use Axium again.
