Ruben did a wonderful job inspecting the home we have under contract! He arrived 15 minutes early. We had the full inspection done with sewer scope and radon testing. He was incredibly detailed and thorough in the report. He pointed out even the smallest of items that required attention. Ruben answered all questions I had and was very professional. Had issues with getting gas turned on to house from Xcel and builder. David Montano from Axium came back twice after the initial inspection to make sure we got everything looked at – and on short notice! Inspection was extremely well detailed and useful for communication with seller!
We needed an inspection in a hurry. They were quick to schedule us and worked around our works schedules so we could get to the house in time for the inspector to review details with us. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. We would definitely use Axium again.
