Great response times when calling to schedule with Axium. Was able to talk directly to the inspector as I had to miss the walk through with him. He talked about what was great and what needed to be looked at. Great company to have our first house purchase for our inspection with! Highly recommend!
I arrived 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment and inspector was already performing inspection. In the past I and or my buyers had tagged along with the inspection. Our inspector preferred to do it, make notes, and take pictures then go over the entire inspection and answer questions, which worked well. While the inspection was going on the buyers took more time to look at the property, measured rooms for flooring, and created questions. It worked well and probably was a better use of time.
