Morgan was very professional and helpful to us as first time buyers. He explained all of the regular maintenance items we should do every few years, gave us tips on how we could prolong the life of the home, showed us things to watch out for, and was on our side in noting flaws and defects. He was very thorough in the inspection, noting things we did not catch and would not think to look for. He arrived early and was already taking pictures and stayed with us throughout the whole appointment and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend Axium and will be using them in the future.

Axium Inspections conducted a home inspection, sewer scope, and radon testing for a home I am purchasing. From start to finish, I had great customer service. They were able to schedule me right away when I called and were very professional over the phone and explaining my different inspection options. My main inspector Brian, was great! He did a very thorough and methodical inspection of the home. He allowed me to follow and watch as he went through the house and afterwards ran through the items that stood out to him. He was very professional. Brian trained another inspector, Scott, on the sewer scope which was done well. Scott set up the radon testing as well and was also very professional and explained several things to me when I asked questions. Throughout the inspection the items/defects were noted electronically or voice recorded right away to ensure nothing was forgotten in the final report which was good. I also like the sewer scope video of the line going in and out with audio explaining everything they were seeing throughout the scope. All in all, I was very satisfied with Axium Inspections for the service they provided, the cost of services, their customer support and professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
