Ron was our inspector for our new home purchase. He was very thorough. We also had the sewer line inspection as well as the radon test. The report was completed very timely and Ron did a nice job verbally walking through the results of the inspection. I would highly recommend this business.
First time homebuyer, so this was my first experience with doing a home inspection. I could not be happier with our experience. Great value for a home inspection, radon testing, and a sewer scope package. I needed all this done within the week, other inspectors I checked with were booked. Super easy to book online. I accidentally entered the wrong address, I called to correct that which they did immediately and easily. Michael Morgan our inspector was super thorough, explained everything to us very simply and straightforward. Took about two hours, and had the report same day. Dave was very thorough and professional. He didn’t miss anything he took his time and he even went into a crawlspace that was very small just to make sure that he got good pictures of the foundation. I would recommend Axium to anyone who is needing an inspection. They use an infrared camera for an extra charge to find any moisture/leaks and provided a radon test.
