I had a wonderful experience with Axium Inspections, they were responsive and professional from the start. Jim Hardin was great! He was thorough, informative and proficient. I cannot believe the amount of information that was in the report. He even did something we did not expect as part of the inspection – thermal imaging of our ceilings which turned up sections of missing insulation we never would have known about. Jim gave us the impression that he cared not only about it being his work but we really felt that he cared about us and our situation. I inherited the house and it’s been an adventure ever since – this is the first time I feel like I understand where the home stands. I knew the most major issues and what they meant for the property before I even got the report back. JS who did the sewer line scope was wonderful too. I will be back on the phone with Axium the next time I need any of the many services they offer. Awesome from start to finish.
In spite of the delay in accessing the property, Jason was very efficient in doing the outside inspection until we could get into the house. Our experience with Axium was easy and seamless. We were able to quickly schedule an an inspection over the phone, and the inspector came on time as promised and did a very thorough job with the house. He took plenty of photos and took his time to do a detailed investigation of every room. He was also very knowledgeable and gave us advice on which items would be easier vs harder to fix. He is very knowledgeable about every area around the home; roof to foundation and everything in between!
