I really liked the overall inspection other than the termite inspection. That’s why one less star. It may be that there are no termites int he area, but I was still expecting more of tests there. Radon inspection was good, but nothing was explained to a ly-man like me. I couldn’t understand what it meant, other than overall it is fine
Found this company on Angi and fortunately for me they we running a great special for a home inspection package. The inspector showed up on time and was very thorough through out the entire process answering all my questions and concerns. I received the report in a timely manner as well. I would highly recommend!!!

I felt extremely confident with the inspection provided by Axium and their certified master inspector Jim Hardin. Axium communications were quick and easy to understand.
