Thanh is very knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to explain and answer any questions we had.
Excellent inspection and Ruben was able to answer almost all of our questions. My only complaints are the several mistakes that the scheduler made (had to call back twice to remedy) and the fact that they charge 3.5% fee to pay by card online. That came out to $38 for us! They did however get us scheduled for the day after I called. I would give 4.5 stars if I could.
