David was incredible. Very thorough and provided us with an extremely detailed report, pointing to specific issues, however small they may be, as well as recommendations and explanations of why these items were important. He was on time, professional, and we had an easy time getting the inspection scheduled, and ensuring the reports were sent to all the relevant contacts!
About a month ago, we had our first home inspection ever with Thanh from Axium. It was a truly excellent experience (see Katie Holmes’ review from about a month earlier) — not only was Thanh extremely thorough, but he also “held our hand” through the process (we’re first-time home buyers) and he educated us along the way. We ultimately decided to not go through with the home purchase, but found Thanh to be a true advisor, and his insights were extremely valuable in our decision.
More recently, we’ve gone under contract for the second time, and one of our first phone calls was to Axium to request Thanh. A telling anecdote: as soon as we went under contract, a family member text us saying, “Make sure you get the same home inspector again!!” Fortunately for us, Thanh was able to clear his schedule for the second inspection. And, no surprise, Thanh was excellent for the second time. He was so generous with his time and knowledge, and he clearly wanted to see us succeed in the whole home-buying process. Heck, he even taught us a lot about the surrounding neighborhood! We feel extremely confident in his inspection report, and once again, learned a lot about the bones of our house. Overall, we’re extremely happy with Thanh’s services. I seriously can’t describe how helpful he has been throughout this whole journey. Thanh, thank you very much!!
Tim was great to work with. He discussed the scope of the visit before starting and took his time to answer my questions and explain things to me that I otherwise would have never understood. We look forward to working with him again for follow up inspections.
