I called at 6 PM and Axium was able to quickly and efficiently schedule an inspection for noon the next day! Our inspector – Thanh – was very thorough and professional. He had the report ready to go by the time he was done and took the time to go through it with my first time home buyer. He even walked through the home and pointed out those items in question. My client left feeling confident that she understood the report which gave her the assurances that she needed. She was even able to take care of payment right then and there. I had the report emailed over just a few hours later. I cannot express my how wonderful Axium made what can sometimes be a rather unpleasant process. I highly recommend them and hope to use their services in the future!
