They sent Jason to my property and after a short conversation with him, I let him go about his duties.
I was there the whole time (which I insisted, while under contract, with anyone who had business in my future property) and asked questions. He was completely professional and very, very thorough.
There were some issues with items that he needed to complete a 100% inspection, so after a short call to the office, they offered a major discount for a re-inspection after those items were repaired.

We used Axium Inspections last Thursday to perform a home inspection for a house we are buying and we are very satisfied with their services. The online schedule system was very easy to use since you could see clearly what time slots were available and who the inspectors would be. After reading up the reviews online, we selected Jim Hardin as our general home inspector and also ordered radon test and sewer scope services. Jim was on time, very knowledgeable, professional and extremely thorough. The whole inspection process took more than three hours and he inspected every part of the house. He was also very patient with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. The report was delivered the next morning with detailed descriptions and photos. The radon test and sewer scope test were also satisfactory. We highly recommend Axium Inspections company if there is a need for a home inspection.
Jim Hardin with Axium did a great job with my clients home inspection. He was beyond thorough and walked us through his major concerns and safety issues that he thought were most important when creating our inspection objection for the home my Buyers are looking to purchase. He is very knowledgeable when asked questions and does a great job in explaining his findings and recommendations. His report is in depth and covers everything you could need to know. On top of that, he get’s the report to you quicker than I have seen before. We had the 158 page custom report the next morning following the inspection. I will definitely be using Jim and Axium for my clients and personal inspections moving forward!
