Jason was extremely through and professional. He took his time on the home inspection and found things I don’t think all inspectors would have. He took his time going through the findings with me in person as well as getting the report to my inbox very quickly- less than 24 hours. Axium is a very professional company and I recommend them to everyone. The gentleman who did the radon and sewer scope was also very professional and took the time to go over the findings with me in person as well as getting the report to me and my realtor very quickly.
I am in the process of purchasing a home, and with the recent holiday, I completely dropped the ball to schedule a home inspection. I called Axium, and Neil was able to schedule my home inspection that same day, which was the deadline for the inspection. David then came out to the property and meticulously inspected the home. I was incredibly impressed by David’s thoroughness. The home inspection lasted about 3 hours, and I had a report by 7pm that same day. I just cannot believe Axium was so accommodating to my urgent situation. Again, I scheduled the inspection on the date it was due, they came out a few hours later, and I had a comprehensive report by 7 that same evening. Exceptional quality and service from the initial phone call with Neil. First time home buyer and went into the inspection process not knowing anything. Kyle was very thorough and did an amazing job checking everything in the house. At the end of his inspection, he took the time to sit me down and explain everything he found. He used simple terms and made it so that someone who doesnt know anything, such as myself, could easily understand. This made the entire process worth it as it was personable and something i could relate to. Additionally, he made it easy to prioritize those items to take to the seller before closing. Incredibly happy with the inspection process and with Kyle’s attention to detail.

Jim from Axium is an awesome inspector! He has done a couple inspections for me when buying investment properties. He is very thorough in his inspection and gives us a great written report. He also is great about walking me through the main points of the inspection and what he thinks are the most important things that should get fixed. I definitely recommend Axium, and especially Jim for home inspections.
