Axium Inspections was the perfect blend of professional, experienced, and insightful. The inspector that inspected our home, Jim Hardin, couldn’t have been any better at his job! He walked us through the entire process and was very willing to show us not only his findings, but also all the nuances of the house we are under contract for. His wealth of knowledge about home construction and engineering principles was invaluable, especially since we are new to the area and unfamiliar with the construction and design particulars of Colorado homes. He really made us feel at ease with his calm demeanor and sharp sense of humor. Jim made a very stressful time for us into one that left us feeling very at ease with our decision to buy a house now. I highly recommend Axium Home Inspections, and Jim Hardin in particular.

We were looking to buy a home and wanted to make sure that all the mechanical and structural parts of the home were in good condition and in good working order. Scott Hasbrouck from Axium Inspections was waiting for us at the house before the scheduled inspection time. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and willingly shared with us all the information about what and why he was looking at each component in the home and very carefully completed inspecting EVERYTHING in the home from the roof tiles to the septic, testing how every appliance and feature of the home worked and was in good order. He took hundreds of pictures to point out any issues and gave a very complete picture of the overall condition fo the home and any items that needed addressing . Scott is very knowledgeable and was excellent in explaining about every item in his inspection. It was a pleasure to work with him. Outstanding job.
They did radon testing at my home over a 48-hour period. They communicated with me a lot before and after the test. They were on time and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for radon testing. We have not decided if we will put in a mitigation system yet.
