Top notch customer service from start to finish. The receptionist was very helpful getting my inspection scheduled ASAP amidst a crazy selling season with many other appointments. The inspector was very thorough in his inspection and with his explanation to us over the phone after the inspection was completed. He did not focus on the ticky tack things that are unimportant, and instead gave us a good unbiased view of how the inspection items can become a problem if not taken care of properly! Wow! I seriously cannot overstate what an amazing experience we had with Axium Inspections. We are first time home buyers and quite inexperienced with the whole process. Our inspector was David Montano and we loved him so much we were ready to adopt him into the family. He was generous with his time, knowledge, experience, and kindness. We were present for the entire inspection, and he called out to us whenever there was anything he wanted to discuss in person. I have used Axium Inspections for three properties as of now and each time they have been incredibly thorough, detailed, professional, and punctual.
