Jim and Rick are great!
We worked with Jim on two occasions. When going to inspect the first house, Jim provided us with a high level of detail pertaining to the items he was inspecting. We ended up pulling our offer due to his findings and feel grateful that he was able to safeguard us against serious health hazards. We, of course, asked for Jim again when we needed to inspect another house. Similar to our first experience with Jim, the level of details that he provided was unparalleled. Highly recommend!
Prior to our inspections, I spoke with Rick over the phone. Rick took 45 minutes out of his day to talk to me about all things pertaining to home inspections. It felt as though I attended a professional training without shelling out an arm and leg for the wealth of much needed information. Great team to work with!
