Lee was very thorough and professional. He took the time to check everything and verify everything was working. Although the home was practically new he didn’t rush knowing it was recently built and might not have many issues. He found an issue I would have never checked for during an inspection which was bathroom water temperature. One of the bathrooms didn’t get very warm at all compared to others and now we are able to get that addressed before we moved in and not mid cold shower. Quick schedule and reports along with a quality inspection, would recommend to anyone needing a home inspector.
