Super happy with the whole process from scheduling to receiving the report! Scheduling was easy – I just picked a date/time on their website and the appointment was confirmed shortly afterward. I didn’t get to attend the inspection but my father did and he said it was really thorough. It even shows on the report! I received a detailed summary and photos of the things to consider about the house. Dirck was also available to connect on more questions we had about the report. I’m now working on getting a structural engineer to do an inspection, based on their recommendation. Thanks again, Dirck!
