He walked my first time homebuyer through all of the inspection items very carefully and made her feel very comfortable that she understood and knew what needed to be done. He approached the inspection very professionally but with humor to put everyone at ease. I was very pleased with this inspection.

After looking at the reviews, I thought that this would be a good company to choose for a home inspection. I realize my condo was smaller, but literally the inspection took 30-45 minutes. Looking back months later, the inspector missed a number of important issues and told me things that actually weren’t wrong with the property. In this market, you’re lucky if you even get a home inspection on a property. I feel like this company is on the side of the Realtors and sellers, not the buyers!
Highly recommend Axium Inspections! From scheduling the appointment (Jerry) to the inspection (Brandon) and receiving the report, working with Axium Inspections was such a positive experience. My husband and I are from out of state and were house hunting in Colorado while out there for 5 days, we went under contract for a home in Colorado Springs. Axium Inspections was recommended to us and we are so thankful we partnered with them! We were able to schedule the inspection within 2 days of going under contract and received a completed report within 24 hours of the inspection being completed. Brandon was the inspector and he was awesome! He gave us a call when he was almost finished so that we could walk through the home with him and review some items.
