Axium is the best in the biz, period. They came and inspected our house in Park Hill before we purchased it and saved us tens of thousands of dollars with some of the defects they found. The seller replaced the sewer line, a bunch of galvanized piping in the bathrooms, and reconfigured a faulty furnace setup based on the report Axium submitted. Our inspector was on time, professional, and pointed out many issues that we otherwise would have missed and had to pay for ourselves post-purchase. We had a detailed electronic report delivered to us about an hour after they left. I was so impressed with the company that I decided to take the home inspection class they teach at Axium Academy, which was equally awesome. Wade Williamson (the CEO and founder) is a hard-working, trustworthy guy who instills the same qualities in his employees. There’s a reason they’re the most-referred home inspection company in Colorado! Amazing company, highly recommended.

Dirk was a great inspector! Very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection of the property. I was able to ask tons of questions and always received good answers and didn’t feel like a bother. Report was well done and timely. Sewer & Radon inspectors were great as well. Great job!
Fantastic experience. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, they handled the coordination with the builder for the radon test, and communicated quickly with me. Jeff, the inspector was on time, very professional and very thorough. Overall excellent experience and I would highly recommend them and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
When I called Axium to set up a time for my home inspection the person the took the call was Jerry. He was polite and thorough. He was able to get the appointment handled for the next day. The person that preformed the inspection was Tim Krapfl. Tim arrived on time and was also polite,thorough and educated us on possible future issues to expect. Axium preformed a inspection, radon and sewer scope. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a professional home inspection.
