This was our first homebuying experience and I feel like we were guided us through what to expect as we arrived. Jason also thoroughly explained the summary of his findings to us at the end of the inspection in human terms. We felt like we had a better understanding of our home and what things would need to be done quickly as well as over time down the road. He was punctual, professional, and courteous. My husband had a great experience with Axium when he bought is house in 2009, so we used them again now that we’re buying a house together. They were very accommodating of our schedule – we called on Saturday and scheduled our inspection for Monday. The inspector was knowledgeable and very thorough. He was patient in answering our questions and encouraged us to call him if we had questions later. The inspector found that our radon level was too high, so we will be using Axium for our radon mitigation as well. We couldn’t have had a better experience and would recommend Axium to anyone!
