He made a special effort to make us feel comfortable asking questions after his inspection and gave informed responses while reminding us that a detailed report would be sent within 48 hours. we actually received it sooner and it was VERY DETAILED WITH PICTURES. If you need a fantastic house inspection service I can highly recommend Axium.
