Victor was excellent and thorough. The report is extremely detailed more so than I have had with homes I purchased in other states. It was definitely worth the price and explained everything I needed to know about the home.

Jeff Krause did our inspection yesterday and was so incredibly thorough and nice. We followed him around the entire house while he did everything, and he was so informative and explained everything he was doing and helped us learn so much about the house we are going to move into. When I called in to schedule, Chelsea was so upbeat and helpful when helping me decide what we needed for our inspection since this is our first home. She didn’t try to push me and sell me anything, if anything she helped me get the best deal. We will definitely be working with this company in the future and for any of our future needs in what services they provide. I highly recommend Jeff. We had our sewer, radon, and full house inspection reports all available in less than 24 hours of when they were finished.
