The water supply valves and supply lines at the shower fixture in the hall bathroom were installed improperly with a reversed configuration. Current standards for installation produce hot water when the valve is turned to the left and cold water when the valve is turned to the right. The property water supply pressure was measured at the exterior faucet or laundry hose bib. Property water supply pressure was lower than the 40 pounds per square inch (PSI), which is considered inadequate by generally-accepted current standards.
